Refund policy
All Sales Final – No Refunds
Due to the fully custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once payment is submitted—whether a deposit or the full amount—no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Decision not to compete

Postponement or cancellation of a show

Weight fluctuations or sizing concerns
-
Changes of mind or design preference
-
Personal, financial, or emotional hardship
-
Disagreement with production timelines
Please review all product details, timelines, and measurements before placing your order.
If You Cancel or Don’t Compete
Should you decide not to move forward with your order or withdraw from your competition, your payment remains non-refundable. However, we allow the following options:

Have your suit completed and shipped as originally planned

Transfer your paid credit to another client (subject to written approval)

Postpone your credit for up to 12 months for future use
You must notify us within 30 days of cancellation with your selection. If no selection is made, your suit will be completed per the original timeline, and all credit rights may be forfeited.
Alteration Policy
We offer alterations for connector areas only — including hip connectors (bottom) and back/bust strap connectors (top). These adjustments may include tightening, loosening, or hardware replacement.
Alteration fees:

Free if the bikini is clean, unworn, and returned before your event

$50 per piece (top or bottom) if the bikini has been worn for a show
To request an alteration:

Email sara@mandanaluxuryswim.shop with your order number, photos, and request

Wait for approval and return shipping instructions

You are responsible for all shipping costs, both directions
Important:
Alterations do not include full resizing. If your bikini does not fit due to incorrect or outdated measurements provided at the time of purchase, you will need to purchase a new top or bottom at full price.
All suits are custom made from scratch using the measurements you submit.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving it. If your suit arrives damaged or incorrect:

If the issue is confirmed as our error, we will resolve it at our discretion via alteration, repair, or replacement
We do not offer refunds for damaged or incorrect orders.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization, we do not accept returns on:

Custom swimwear
-
Personalized or altered pieces
-
Worn or used suits
-
Sale or discounted items
-
Gift cards
All items are final sale.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges after payment. However, you may be able to update your design options if you notify us at least 2 months before your expected delivery or event date.
Additional charges may apply for design changes or upgrades.
Credit Transfers & Future Use
While refunds are not permitted, your paid credit can be:

Transferred to another individual (with prior approval)

Postponed for future use within 12 months of original payment date
